Best of Bordeaux 4 Course Dinner
The region of Bordeaux produces more great wine than any other. Yet the highest quality wines are a very small fraction of the production. These wines need to be correctly cellared and aged. We will drink first growths, the wines that would be first growths, explore the great Bordeaux red varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, and experience the very finest estate from the sweet wine Barsac region.
